My Approach
My approach begins by meeting you exactly where you are. I draw on a range of modalities to support your journey - including psychosynthesis (a holistic and integrative psychology), breathwork, meditation, emotional healing techniques, and relational practices, all grounded in the wisdom I’ve gained through my own path of transformation.
Together, we begin by identifying the patterns that may be keeping you stuck which may be overworking, perfectionism, burnout, or limiting beliefs around self-worth. From there, we explore what it would feel like to be fully alive, living with clarity, purpose, and deep meaning.
This isn’t about quick fixes or surface-level change. We work collaboratively to shift behaviors, patterns, and habits in a way that feels authentic and aligned with the life you truly want to live. The journey is incremental but powerful, always grounded in your values, inner truth, and long-term transformation.
Psychosynthesis
Psychosynthesis is a holistic and integrative approach to personal and spiritual growth. It helps us understand and work with the different parts of ourselves - our shadows, our strengths, and our higher purpose so that we can become more whole, authentic, and aligned.
Rather than focusing only on past wounds or limiting beliefs, psychosynthesis also explores the deeper calling of the soul - our innate potential, creativity, and purpose. It weaves together powerful tools like mindfulness, somatic practices, emotional integration, and “parts work” (or subpersonalities) to support real and lasting transformation.
This modality recognizes that healing is not just about fixing what’s broken, it’s about becoming who you truly are.

We will start with a discovery call as the first step.
